APPLICATIONS
The fans of the AP series combine the versatility and high performance of axial and radial fans. They were specially developed for the supply and extraction of air in rooms where high pressure and a strong air flow are required at a low noise level. The semi-radial fans are compatible with air ducts of Ø 100 to 315 mm. Extraction systems with a Dalap AP fan at their core are the best solution for ventilating bathrooms, kitchens and other wet rooms. Also suitable for ventilating flats, houses, shops, cafés etc.
DESIGN
The housing is made of flame-retardant polypropylene. The intake spigot is fitted with a collector to ensure even air entry into the fan. The hemispherical impeller and the specially profiled blades increase the circulation speed of the air flow and provide higher pressure and higher performance compared to conventional axial fans. The diffuser, the specially profiled impeller and the guide vanes at the outlet of the fan housing distribute the air flow so that the best combination of high performance, high pressure and low noise level is achieved.
MOTOR
The fans of the Dalap AP PROFI series are equipped with single-phase, two-stage motors with low power consumption. The motors are equipped with thermal overheating protection to prevent motor overload. Ball bearings extend the service life of the motors to up to 40,000 hours in continuous operation. The motors have protection class IP X4.
MOUNTING
The fans can be installed at any point in the ventilation system. Several fans can also be installed in one system:
Parallel mounting - to increase the air flow
Series mounting - to increase the operating pressure
The fan housing is fitted with a flat mounting plate for fastening the fan to the wall. The mounting plate can be attached in any position to facilitate installation and wiring.
