The black plastic Dalap AP DR axial fan for ducts is equipped with an AC motor. The speed can be continuously adjusted directly at the power cable. This makes it easy to adapt the performance to individual requirements. The high airflow and the high static pressure ensure effective ventilation in almost all residential and commercial spaces. The fan is equipped with a base for easy mounting on a wall or ceiling and is compatible with ducts with a diameter of 100 to 200 mm (4–8 inch). Combined with black accessories, it creates an installation with a uniform appearance.

High performance with speed control
The Dalap AP DR inline duct fan with AC motor achieves a high airflow of up to 322–900 m³/h and a static pressure of up to 160–380 Pa. Control is via a convenient rotary dial. After switching on, the fan starts at maximum speed, and turning the dial further reduces the performance continuously. To switch off, the dial is turned past maximum performance back into the off position. This makes it easy to adjust the performance to individual requirements as needed – whether long-term ventilation at lower performance or rapid extraction of moisture or odours.
The Dalap AP DR inline duct fan features a speed controller directly on the power cable.
Filter and backdraft damper
Thanks to its high performance, the fan is suitable for systems with filter elements or an odour-tight damper. There, it ensures reliable extraction without backflow. It can also be used in environments with increased humidity.
The inline duct fan is intended for moving clean air. Therefore, when used in kitchens, workshops, storage rooms or garages, it is recommended to install a grease filter or another suitable filter in front of the fan.
Construction and installation
The fan is made of high-quality plastic; the construction is sturdy and durable. Installation is made easier by a mounting base. This is first fixed to the wall or another solid surface using screws. The fan is then clicked into the base, where it holds securely in place. For straightforward maintenance, the fan can be removed from the mounting base. The fan is supplied with a 1,6 m long power cable with speed controller and plug.
The fan is designed for direct connection to a ventilation duct system and is compatible with Dalap ducts of the same diameter. To seal the flanges and for a better fit in the duct system, we recommend using LPM tape. To dampen vibrations, insulating tape or the self-adhesive Dalap DFLEX insulation can additionally be placed under the fan.

Best combined with black accessories
The fan can easily be combined with black ventilation accessories, creating a colour-coordinated and aesthetically uniform solution. Flexible metal air ducts of the Dalap ALUDAP D type can be used for air routing.
For a secure fixing and sealing during installation, we also recommend using metal hose clamps and black aluminium tape. The entire installation can be complemented with black air vents. These help optimise the airflow and the appearance of the ventilation system.
