Take advantage of the high performance and low noise level of the professional inline duct fan Dalap AP PROFI Z with run-on timer. The fan is designed for air extraction from small and medium-sized rooms, such as bathrooms, showers, kitchens, greenhouses, cinemas, weekend houses, shops and more. The special housing shape allows for easy installation or maintenance of the unit, for which you need almost no tools. Suitable for ventilation ducts with a length of max. 8 to 10 metres.
Advantages of the inline duct fan Dalap AP PROFI Z
- Extraction of high air volumes of 245–1400 m³/h at a very low noise level
-
Run-on timer, adjustable between 2 to 30 minutes
- motor with ball bearing for continuous operation of 40,000 hours
- smooth running and reliability
-
almost tool-free maintenance even without dismantling the ventilation system
-
compatible with all round pipes with a diameter of 100 to 250 mm (4–10 inch)
- installation in rigid as well as flexible ventilation ducts
Designed for easy installation and removal
Thanks to the simple disassembly option of the fan, you can first complete the ventilation system with the fan's housing unit and later insert the fan turbine. It's simple and needs almost no tools! First remove the securing screws of the fasteners and open the clamping straps. Then remove the turbine unit from the housing.

Motor with ball bearing
The single-phase motor with ball bearing has two power levels, which you can select using a switch. The motor is equipped with an overheating protection with automatic reset. The protection class is IPX4.
Installation anywhere in the ventilation system
The fan can be installed at any point in the pipe system – vertically or horizontally. At the same time, several inline duct fans in series can also be installed to increase the pressure build-up and thus the volume of transported air.

For pipe systems from 8 to 10 metres
Thanks to its high pressure output, the inline duct fan Dalap AP PROFI is suitable for moving air in a pipe with a maximum length of 8 to 10 metres.
Setting the run-on timer
The run-on electronics delays the switch-off of the unit, adjustable between 2 to 30 minutes. Use a small screwdriver to turn the adjustment wheel on the fan control. Handle the wheel carefully, as it can otherwise be damaged.
Connection
Difficulty level: requires knowledge of electrical engineering
Tools required: small flat-head screwdriver
Time: 20 minutes
1. Open the connection box – you will see the electronics with a 4-pin terminal block.
2. The first terminal is marked "L", the second "LT", the third "L1" and the fourth "N".
3. You will find detailed instructions and a wiring diagram in our videos. Instructions are included with every fan.
If you are not sure how to connect the fan with a timer in a bathroom or toilet, you should leave the work to a professional.
If you still wish to connect the fan yourself, we recommend reading the wiring instructions for the duct fan with run-on timer.
Incorrect connection risks an accident from electric shock or damage to the fan!
Sufficient power for extraction through filters
The inline duct fan is designed to transport air that is clean and free of mechanical dirt or grease, as the impeller or the fan itself could otherwise be damaged. If the fan needs to be used, for example, in the kitchen or in other places with greasy air, it makes sense to install a grease filter in front of the unit. The same applies in workshops, warehouses, garages or anywhere else where the air contains contaminants of various kinds. Here, a filter appropriate to the filter class should be installed in front of the fan.
Accessories
A supply cable is required for a direct connection of the fan to the mains socket.
